We offer programs in Rhythmic Gymnastics from Beginner to Elite, high level and recreational Ballet and Dance, Tumbling and Beginning Cheer as well as Fitness, Extreme Flexibility and Fun!  We are located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Our Mission is to provide an excellent coaching staff and offer the highest quality most professional program to each of our participants!

6:30-7:30PM Wednesdays 5:30 -  7:30PM Fridays, 10:30AM – 12:30PM Saturdays.  Sign up for 1 - 2 hour sessions

 Dance Fitness & Fun for Adults and “Wise People”! (Participant's children are invited to enjoy our Indoor Playground free of charge during these classes) Two competitive Rhythmic Team Members make National Selection to Train at Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid! 

Two of our competitive team gymnasts were selected as USAG "Future Stars." They attended special training at Lake Placid Olympic Center with 30 other girls from around the country! Congratulations!
